Accompanying instructions for the "Celtic Hinei Mah Tov," by Peter and Ellen Allard

We have the audience march randomly (no particular direction or order)
around the room during the "A" part (Hinei mah tov...), and then during the
"B" part (Shalom, shalom) we have them find one person and shake each
other's hand while maintaining eye contact. Each "B" part should be with a
different person, so they get to greet about 6+ people during the song. We
use this in all our concerts now, Jewish and secular alike!
